FUTURE ENTREPRENEURS OF AMERICA INC

Narrative Description of Activities

Future Entrepreneurs of America (“FEOA”) was formed exclusively for charitable
and educational purposes. More specifically, FEOA was organized to develop educational
programs, youth, life skills and other beneficial services designed to teach the fundamentals
of becoming an entrepreneur to low-income residents located in underprivileged
and underserved neighborhoods.

More specifically, the corporation is organized to develop educational and youth programs
and other beneficial services designed to teach and encourage low-income residents
located in the Chicago metropolitan area the fundamentals of becoming an entrepreneur
and to teach life skill. To achieve its stated purpose, FEOA has designed a multi-week
course that introduces the basic steps required to become an entrepreneur. The course
will be offered at no cost and will be targeted at young adults ages sixteen (16) to
twenty-one (21).

Although the group will target low-income residents located in Chicago, the courses will
be open to anyone regardless of their background.  FEOA intends to create programs for
various age levels (both younger and older) after it has launched a successful program
for young adults ages sixteen (16) to twenty-one (21).

The entire ten week course will include sixty (60) hours of lessons.  Each week includes
two (2) three-hour courses.  FEOA will utilize local entrepreneurs to teach the classes.
Each week’s course will be taught by different individuals who are experts in that
particular area.  If a particular entrepreneur is an expert in more than one area,
they may teach more than one lesson.  FEOA will provide oversight to ensure that lesson
plans are appropriately targeted and that content is not duplicated from week to week.
